www.limefusion.co.za is an informative site and online store in the organic and natural product industry.  All information on this Website is as accurate as possible and if mistakes occur we will rectify these as soon as is reasonably possible upon discovery.

 

Product Policy

 

LIME FUSION Organic Living believes in a lifestyle of the highest standard in clean living, at affordable prices.  We follow the principles of conscious retailing whereby we will only sell products that will not harm humans, animals or the planet. We are discerning in what we stock and try as far as possible to support local suppliers.

 

Environmental Policy

 

Lime Fusion attempts to use environmentally friendly packaging & processes.  In return, we ask you to please recycle packaging and avoid single-use plastics whenever possible.

 

Payments

 

Our business operates on a strict payment in advance basis. Online card payment (via the Wix and 2CheckOut secure portal) and manual EFT payment options are provided.  Orders are typically processed and despatched within one working day.

 

Delivery

 

We will do everything reasonable to ensure the successful delivery of your Products.  Third-party courier services will be used if you opt for Delivery, and whilst we cannot guarantee their efficient performance, we will use all reasonable efforts to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Your Personal Details, including contact details such as email, phone number and address, may be explicitly requested whilst using our Website for purchasing Products or signing up to our Mailing List.  This information will not be used for anything other than conducting our business, including but not limited to fulfilling orders and marketing communications via email or phone.  In the case of Product Delivery, your Personal Details will be shared with a third-party courier, solely for the purpose of facilitating successful delivery of goods ordered.  We will not collect or store your financial details, such as bank accounts or card details, as these are processed by a third-party provider, namely 2CheckOut. Beyond the stipulations above, your Personal Details will never be made available to or sold to anyone else.

 

Refunds and Returns Policy

 

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Lime Fusion.

 

If a product is damaged or broken or incorrect when you receive it, you must inform Lime Fusion within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full.

 

All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier's remedy is then up to their own discretion and Lime Fusion itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
